Yes, indeed, my friend. If you listen to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, they certainly are!
Just on February 15th they heard rigorous plans from Circle Of Blue to implement 24 points of both long and short term programs to restrict the propagation of the invasive Asian carp species.
Tactics and strategies being considered include creating and enhancing actual physical barriers, electric barriers, as well as dosing the waterways with chemicals to
deter the aquatic nuisance.
