Questions about army ranger sniper. Or SEALs?

Currently I am a freshman in computer engineering, but I was pressured into by my parents. Originally, I wanted join the army to become a sniper. I have a few questions though, I know that you have to score near perfect on your shooting score to become a sniper, but what kind of tests do you have to do? My cousin is in the navy and he said that he had to do stuff like shoot a moving target from the hip and stuff. I’m a pretty good shot, I can get half inch groups at a hundred yards with a 22 and I can shoot clay targets one handed with a shot gun (only half the time), but I don’t know if that is enough, because I’m sort of a poor shot when it comes to shooting while standing. Another thing, I hunt so I’m sort of used to death, so that’s probably not going to be a problem for me.
Also, I think that I can score high enough on the AS-VAB, I scored a 79 while a junior in high school.
I was also considering the SEALS, but I was born in Hawaii and I know how tough the ocean can be and could only imagine what the SEALS have to go through. Any input from a RANGER or SEAL would be awesome. If there are any other positions like these within the army and navy please let me know of them. I do not want to join the airforce or marines.
One more question, do the only have boot camp in the summers? Because I have a few things I would like finish, and a few loose ends to tie before I join, just in case I die.

You could get a army ranger contract ; option 40 . you could get a seal conract with the navy . to be a sniper in the army you have to be one of these mos’ 11B, 11M, 19D, or CMF 18., have 20/20 vision , and have a gt score of 100.
