There has been a serious change of the property field not only inside UK but across the world. Major property firms who thought they were untouchable went bust. Many other businesses had to ride the storm as ideal they could and hope that they would make it through.
It has been an extremely challenging period, especially inside the commercial sector. Quite a few tenants have been unable to pay their rent and have been thrown out their offices. Landlords that thought the very good times were here forever have been duly disappointed. Lets just hope that the sector will recuperate so that once again the good times will roll.
