Reoccuring thrush when pregnant and Im expected to go on a camping trip!?

I have had thrush for over two weeks now. It is something I commonly deal with while pregnant and have been told its due to pregnancy hormones. I have gone to both the doctor and the midwife who both prescribed me creams. The creams help but do not make the thrush go away completly. I have been soaking in baking soda baths twice daily which also helps but does not make the problem go away. I dont know what to do!
My fiances family are camping at my sister in laws new farm on the coast. They have not yet built their house so it is going to be a few days of living rough outside. No bathrooms, just the great outdoors and the ocean to bath in. A real New Zealand camping experience. They have planned this trip for 6 months and really want us to go. Especially because we have a daughter (the only child on that side of the family) and they can not wait to see her. But because of my thrush I just do not know if I can handle living roughly like that. Not having the luxury of a tolit and a bath. I know I am letting down alot of people by pulling out and I feel really horrible. New years eve is tomorrow night so we need to leave either today or tomorrow. I have tried to get my partner to take our daughter with out me but he is refusing because he wants us to spend new years as a family. What would you do in this situation? does anyone know what else I can do to rid myself of the thrush quickly? Or to at least make myself more comfortable over a three day camp out?

I should also mention that the camp spot is five hours from home and in the middle of no where. And I am far to embarrised to explain to my fiances family that I have thrush

"I’m too sick to being outside that long, according to my doctor and midwife. (Fiance) wants to stay at home with me and the baby to make sure I’m okay."
