Getting a Handle on Anger Management

However, they are not the only resource available to help with anger management. There are therapists that do one on one counseling for anger management and there are also many different books and work books that support people who are trying to work on anger management issues by themselves.
There are also some support groups for people who have worked through these issues before and are just trying to find accountability for managing their problem on a week to week or month to month basis
