The Atkins Diet

I have never tried the Atkins diet but I know there are a lot of people who swear by it. Though I can not speak directly to it, I can say that I enjoy a good steak and egg breakfast. For those of you who may not be aware, the Atkins diet is the diet plan that basically removes all carbohydrates from your diet and tells you to eat protein. This is different from Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers or Medifast. The interesting thing about this diet plan is that you will in fact begin to see immediate weight loss results in as little as 72 hours.
