A Bowl of Cereal

I tried to eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and lunch and eat those little bars for one week. I was constantly hungry and other feel of the wagon because it did not fill me up. Who is this diet for anyway! Not for people who are overweight that is for sure. I did end up losing 3lbs but gain it all back in the next week. It does not work long term. I also felt tired and aggravated. Other diet plans like Medifast say they are more filling and you want be hungry at all. Does this plan rely work. Should I give it the 30 day try?
