Another day and another day without you connecting with the one it really matters with–your spouse. I always feel tired and overwhelmed at the end of the day so when my husband comes to me I am not in the mood to talk or even be friendly. In a couple of days, I realize that I have not made my marriage or spouse number one as far as time and effort. One thing I started to do is put the kids to bed thirty five minutes earlier so I can rest and regroup to spend some time with my spouse and maybe eat Medifast.

Today at noon I have to go over to my parents house to feed my father lunch. His home health care worker will not be in today and I am in charge of going over there to feed him his lunch for the day. It is pretty easy to do seeing as how my mother has already separated the food into Tupperware bowls and all I have to do is pop it into the microwave. I mean the only other way that this process would be easier would be if he was on the
Nutrisystem plan and all I had to do was remove the protective packaging from the food and serve it.
