okay so if you’ve read that question in the link, i want to say that i never knew he was really lying to me all those times and that my friend was really being a b**** behind my back…

but after the time that my boyfriend went after her and left me alone, i texted him that i won’t see him again. at that time, it was merely because i didnt want my friend to be hurt or unhappy, since it seemed to me that she was always avoiding me and walking away when i come to her.

i stayed up all night wondering about what i should do.and thats what i texted him late at nite, he never did text back..then i went camping near the ocean to escape the heat, but i got my phone wet when i was riding the waves..so it doesnt work anymore.

im getting a new phone end of this month, should i change my number too? does this mean he doesnt care anymore? does this mean he has broken up with me by not saying anything?? please help me..i need to get over him right? i think about him everyday..

Looking for the perfect place to camp in washington?

I’m looking for a place to camp in washington state. preferrably far away from busy roads, cities, noisy people. I’m looking for spots near the ocean or a lake, with forest area. I’m planning on driving as close as we can get, walking further is an option, it’d be really great if it was farrrr away from people. Hoping it’s secluded (quiet w/privacy), ideal weather would be cool/warm, not too cold but not to hot, not too much sun but not too much rain.

I want to go camping as a graduation celebration thing, and I want it to be the perfect place where a group of my friends and I can camp out for a week or two.

Anyone know any spots that fit these criteria? If so, please share your experience, and the location/name/directions of the place you camped at.
let me be more specific… I’m talking Hippie style, being "one with nature" camping. I just don’t want to wake up to generators, old people who don’t sleep in, or crying babies, you know.
perhaps even a less extreme form of "Into the wild"

if you go over blewitt pass there are many places to camp. Blewitt pass is located just south of wenatchee, wa. if you continue west from wenatchee heading toward Leavenworth, wa also many great places to camp along river as well as many lakes in the area very quiet and some seclusion. You can inquire in Leavenworth as to other places that might fit what you seek.

Is there anywhere to camp near Woodgate or Toolara State Forest/Rainbow Beach?

Hey Guys I’m planning a camping trip with my girlfriend up north (well of Brisbane anyway) and I’m trying to decide on where to go. She’s from the states so she’d enjoy seeing both the bush and the ocean. So I kind of want a nice secluded beach that’d be fine to go on at night. I found this beach on google maps which looks absolutely huge..

However I’ve never been there, is it a nice beach? is it fine to camp on? I’m assuming i’d need a permit and well would only be allowed to camp in the forest there? Are camp fires permitted?

Or the other option was woodgate as I’ve been there and their beaches are amazing however again I don’t know anywhere I can camp.

Finally if anyone would have any other suggestions of a nice secluded beach, that’s available for camping and camp fires it’d be greatly appreciated – beyond belief.

The beach you’ve found is beautiful but is difficult (virtually impossible) to get to without a 4WD. As your girlfriend is from the states, you may find it worth the expense to hire a suitable vehicle and you’re able to camp along a 15km stretch of beach between the Noosa Shire boundary and Little Freshwater Creek – it’s called the Teewah Beach camping area. You can have a fire if you bring all of your own wood and remove all traces of the fire before you leave. The scenery is absolutely spectacular and you can drive for about 40km along the beach with the ocean on one side and the coloured cliffs on the other. We’ve taken a number of overseas visitors up there over the years and it has invariably been the highlight of their visit to Australia. You catch the ferry across the Noosa River from Tewantin and then drive along tracks behind the beach until reaching the access point.

If you’re looking for seclusion though, be warned that at weekends and during school holidays, they just about need traffic lights on the beach (well, that’s a slight exaggeration) and at any time during daylight hours, there will be vehicles going past at fairly frequent intervals. It’s fantastic after the last ferry and at night though – take a star chart.

Any camping close to Atlanta on a beach at the ocean that aren’t very far away where you can reserve?

Gulf Islands National Seashore Area. This is Pensacola Beach, FL about five hours away. The place you are looking for is Ft. Pickens. The Rangers just re opened the road to the old Civil War Fort where Geronimo was held captive. Ft Pickens is also home to tons of beach birds including the ospreys. Fishing is great. The camping is right on the beach and you are surrounded by water on 3 sides. Another area a little further away is Perdido Key but Ft Pickens is probably one the best beach camping areas near you. I would consider looking it up on the internet.

Is starting college at 30 years old a bad idea?

Since I was a kid I wanted to do something that dealt with ocean life. I went to sea camp at age 8 and I knew then that I wanted to be a marine biologist. But since I didn’t do too well in junior high and high school I didn’t follow my heart and become a marine biologist because I didn’t think I could handle the school work. I did graduate high school but barely. Afterwards I went to a crappy non college credited culinary school and became a chef instead. I do enjoy cooking and have been moderately successful at it. However, I can’t help but fear that when I get older that I will have missed out on my true passion. I’m thinking about starting college to pursue being a marine biologist or zoologist with an emphasis on ocean life. I realize that it’s a hard field to excel in but even if I don’t land a high paying job or what not I would be happy at least knowing that I did it. I think now that I’m older and would be working towards something that I want more than anything I would be able to handle the school work. My wife is very supportive and wants me to do it. I just wanted to know if anyone by any chance has been in this situation or one similar. Thanks

For me I wish to experience walking on a nude beach, or spending time at a nudist colony, or going streaking, kinda like a naked mile.
Or go sky diving, riding a Harley going cross country or renting a car and going cross country.

Participate in the ironman race. "I will do that in the next couple of years."

I would enroll in the course at Warner Southern which duplicates third country living environments where you learn how to teach people, sanitation, food preservation, crop and animal production within their environmental limits.
If I had vacation time, I would go to end of the drive, flip a coin three times, first fall would be East or West, the second North or South, the third the winning direction of the first two.
And that is the direction I would go, impromptu, no watch, emergency phone only and enjoy the things I passed.

Cheerleading && Camp!?

I don’t know what to do. I want to do a sport for next year and if anything i want to be a cheerleader but the thing is…I can barely do a freakin’ cartwheel! I know. That’s sad right? So, decided I’m gonna go to a 3day camp that’ll help me gain skill. But, if I do camp I won’t be able to go to Ocean City with my friends! I wanna do both! :’(
So, my question is….
1.If I try my best during camp, do you think I’ll have a chance to make the high school team?
2.Should I drop cheerleading all together, not have a sport at all, and go to Ocean city with my friends for 3day?

if you’re going for the high school squad, I’d say go to ocean city. My sister has been a cheerleader for 7 years and she has been on the jv team in her high school for 3 years. now that its her senior year next year, she made it to varsity. So if you’re inexperienced and you want to make it into a high school team, id say go to ocean city and maybe ask your parents about a gymnastics summer program instead another time or session. If you arent going to be a senior next year just remember there are plenty more years left. besides cheerleading can get expensive without strong fun raisers when it comes to compettitions/uniform/registration. my sister had to pay $2000 to get to florida to be in a compettition (which they won nationals). You could also try to sign up for an out of school squad which usually permits anyone who gives registration money. hope i helped. (:
