The fact that God distinguishes kinds, agrees with what scientists observe – namely that there are horizontal genetic boundaries beyond which life cannot vary. Life produces after its own kind. Dogs produce dogs, cats produce cats, roses produce roses. Never have we witnessed one kind changing into another kind as evolution supposes. There are truly natural limits to biological change.

I think you have to be pretty desperate for validation, willing to stretch reality/meaning and be able to ignore the host of other items that do not check out/contradict modern knowledge to even consider this good arguments.

All it seems is you are trying to fit the narrow views of the bible into the vast body of evidence of science. I’m sorry, that doesn’t work. You can’t fit the incredible knowledge of science into the limited worldview of the bible.

The Bible also says (repeatedly) that the Earth is a disk, that is has four corners, that it is flat, that is rests on pillars..
The Bible doesn’t say anything about modern scientific discovery, you are only seeing what you want to see. Unless you’ve forgotten, plenty of religions make the same claims.
Oh, and your claims about evolution are false, evolution can explain emotions. You are just looking at it in an *emotional* way, which is very illogical.

Most of those are based on rather vague verses. The sanitation stuff can be figured out easily through trial and error. The early Indian and Chinese civilizations figured it out without the Bible.
And number 10 is flat out wrong. The evidence for common descent is overwhelming.

I think you do not mean ‘dimensions’. I think you mean ‘proportions’. The dimensions given in the bible, if I recall correctly, are far too huge to make a feasibly useful vessel, and the stability would not be ‘perfect’.
Albeit the given proportions, once scaled down to a more suitable dimension, would be as you say stable.
Also, thanks for the list.
Because the Judeo-Christian bible is so amazingly accurate (Job 41:19-20), I am always on the look out for fire-breathing dragons.

1. That was known long before the bible came around.
2. Once again long before the bible. I believe the Greeks were the ones who first came up with that concept.
3. BS if something was built to those proportions it would sink.
Seriously none of these are anything special. Most of them are very vague and could be stretched to fit just about anything.
If the bible is really that scientific why does it say bats are birds?

1. it also said it was a flat disk with the sky being a solid roof, the sun, moon and wind entered by 4 gates. And Atlas held up the sky.
2. Greek philosophers like Democratus put forward the theory of matter being made up by indivisible microscopic particles about 600 years before Hebrews was written by Hellenised Greek in Greek.
Can’t be bothered refuting any more because obviously your either a troll or a very special person who has not bothered to double check what you were told by answers in genesis.

You sound pretty desperate to justify what the Bible says. It makes more sense to accept that the Bible is based on ancient myth, rather than read modern knowledge back into scripture to arrive at a meaning that the writer could not have intended.
This method is used to try to unify the ideas in the Bible that span 4,000 years or so. For example, Revelation identifies the great dragon (from Babylonian myth) with Satan (from the Book of Job) and the serpent from the Garden of Eden (in Genesis). These were separate myths originally, and John has done what you’re doing; he’s used later ideas to interpret earlier scriptures in ways that were not originally intended.
I just don’t find these things to be credible.
