CRM is the abbreviation for Customer Relationship Management. CRM management is important to the bottom line of a business. Good training of employees brings better business and more loyal clients. Proper training begins with the person that answers your business phone. This is the first person the prospective client comes in contact with creating his first impression of your business. Customer relations’ training was once done on a person-to-person basis. Today that training can be easily accomplished with computer software and employee management meetings.

Continuing analyses are being made by companies regarding their call centers in order to correct errors before they become a customer dissatisfaction problem. These analyses are also used in other departments, such as sales and marketing, to improve customer satisfaction.
